Founder and President

Eric Oldsman founded Nexus Associates, Inc. in 1991 after working as a consultant for Arthur D. Little, Inc., and a project officer for PACT, Inc.  He has over 25 years of experience in the field of economic development and has worked on a wide array of projects throughout the world. Dr. Oldsman has written extensively on issues related to economic development and program evaluation, and is a frequent speaker at international conferences and workshops. He is a graduate of Brown University, where he received a B.A. in economics, and holds a Ph.D. in public policy from Harvard University.
